A methodical hour was held on the department of manning of Belinskiy central city library on the 18th and 19th of April, 2018. 

The deputies of branches and the co-workers who index documents were invited. Special attention was given to the structure of a universal decimal classification, methods of systematization of new receipts amd the organization of funds of the branches in accordance with the tables of the universal decimal classification. 

A leading librarian Alexandra Nikolayevna Petrova was considering the creation of the layout of the system catalogue on a universal decimal classification. Alexandra Nikolaevna and Yana Anatolievna Borodulina held a practice class “ The determination of of an index of a universal decimal classification of the eighth department “Fiction” in accordance with the transfer of librarian bibliographical classification”. The shelves’ delimiters on a universal decimal classification for the funds of the branches were prepared. And the principal delimiters on a universal decimal classification were were handed and printed out for the system catalogue. The deputy of the department Galina Alexeevna Miroshnichenko narrated about the work with funds. 

The co-workers of the branches received methodical and recommendation materials.

The methodical hour was held fruitfully and constructively.
